An application for admission to MTCNE may be submitted at any time during the calendar year as we have rolling admissions. We encourage you to submit your application and materials as far in advance of the course dates as possible. Applications are considered in the order received on a space-available basis.

It is suggested that applications from international students be submitted at least 3 to 4 months in advance to ensure ample time to process the student visa application.  International students must be accepted into a diploma course before the MTCNE designated school official (DSO) will begin processing an I-20. MTCNE may provide an I-20 for F students and their dependents.

Application reviews can take up to 3 weeks, thus the preferred application deadline is 1 month prior to the posted course start date.

Upon acceptance, a candidate reserves a place in the course with a non-refundable program registration fee of $500.00.  Each Diploma Course is limited to a maximum of 25 student. When a course is filled, successful candidates may request placement on a waiting list and/or defer registration to the next course.
