Transcript Services & Evaluations

MTCNE offers transcript services for alumni seeking a Pass/Fail Montessori transcript. MTCNE also serves at the Montessori training evaluator for the University of Hartford processing Montessori training transcript translations and evaluations for the University of Hartford’s Montessori Education Concentration pathways, as well as enrollment verification letters for students wishing to complete a degree concurrently while completing Montessori training. In addition, MTCNE can complete an AMI course equivalency evaluation for students seeking a MACTE certification of their AMI diploma.

Pass/Fail Transcripts

The Montessori Training Center Northeast will provide alumni with a certified pass/fail transcript upon request. All requests are processed through the main office. Shipping and handling costs for all orders are the responsibility of the student.

Montessori Coursework Evaluation for the University of Hartford

The Montessori Training Center Northeast processes Montessori training transcript evaluations and translation for the University of Hartford’s Montessori Education Concentration pathways, as well as enrollment verification letters for students wishing to complete a degree concurrently while completing Montessori training.

Students who did not complete their Montessori training through MTCNE must provide the following documents to facilitate the evaluation and translation for university credit equivalency:

  • official Montessori training transcript from program attended
  • copy of Montessori training diploma

These documents should be emailed to trans.svcs@crec.org.

Please note the evaluation and translation may take up to 3 business days to process once all information is received by MTCNE.

Montessori Coursework Evaluation Request

AMI Course Equivalency Evaluation (MACTE)

MTCNE will complete an AMI course equivalency evaluation upon request.

Email your request to trans.svcs@crec.org with the subject line: AMI Course Equivalency Evaluation/MACTE and include the following attachments:

  • Official AMI Coursework Transcript*
  • A copy of the AMI Diploma
  • Current Resume that includes all work experience

The fee for this service at MTCNE is $150.00 and is due at the time of the evaluation. Please note this fee is in addition to the MACTE adult learner fee that is paid directly to MACTE. For payment options or to pay online, click here.

*Official AMI Coursework Transcripts must be delivered/emailed to trans.svcs@crec.org directly from the Training Center.

MTCNE holds accredited status for its Early Childhood and Elementary I-II Montessori teacher education certification course levels from the Montessori Accreditation Council for Teacher Education (MACTE). MTCNE does not hold accredited status for its Infant and Toddler Montessori teacher education certification course level with MACTE.
