Madhavi Gaddam is an AMI Elementary Trainer. She possesses a Master of Education from Osmania University, Hyderabad. She has her AMI Montessori Diploma at the 3 to 6 level, 6 to 12 level and 12 to 18 age levels. She has vast experience working in Montessori Elementary environment. She assisted Ann Dunne, Ireland, Greg Mac Donald, USA and Kay Baker, USA on their AMI Diploma Courses. She conducted many diploma courses, orientation courses, refresher courses and workshops at Elementary level. She also gives talks at different schools on elementary education. She served as an external examiner and national examiner for different training centres both inside and outside of India. Currently she is running her elementary diploma courses in India, Thailand and Nigeria as a director of training.
