Lhamo Pemba

Primary Trainer

Born in Bhutan, Lhamo has studied in India, England and the United
States. After obtaining a teaching certificate from Mount Hermon
Teacher’s Training College she went on to receive her AMI Primary
Diploma at the Maria Montessori Training Organization in London. She
has been working in the USA since 2004 in many roles including
teacher, consultant and trainer. In 2007 she received her A to I
Diploma in Denver. She is presently a full AMI Primary Trainer and, in
addition to courses in the USA she has conducted Assistant Courses in
India, Vietnam, Egypt, Mongolia.  Most recently Lhamo has directed two AMI Primary Training Courses on the continent of Africa in Egypt and Morocco.  She is heading back to Vietnam to lead the first AMI Primary Training Course starting September 2019.
