Pay-it-Back, Pay-it-Forward Scholarship Fund

Managed by the CREC Foundation, the Pay-it-Back, Pay-it-Forward Scholarship supports students pursuing or completing a bachelor’s degree with a Montessori education concentration at the University of Hartford. This scholarship reflects our commitment to increasing diversity and access to high-quality Montessori training and comprehensive teacher preparation, while upholding the core pedagogical principles of the Montessori Method.

This scholarship is designed with a unique and sustainable model: recipients are encouraged to “pay it forward” by contributing back to the fund once they are able, ensuring that future generations of Montessori students benefit from the same opportunities and access to this valuable resource.
