I chose AMI because I wanted to receive the most authentic and internationally recognized Montessori education. AMI’s deep connection to Dr Maria Montessori’s original work gave me confidence that I was learning from the source. I chose to attend MTCNE because I wanted a place that combined authenticity, warm and high academic standards. I had heard that the trainers at MTCNE not only teach Montessori principles but truly embody them and I wanted to learn in an environment that reflected the philosophy I admire.
My MTCNE training center was in Melrose, Massachusetts and I love the peaceful atmosphere and the sense of nature that surrounds the area. It feels like the perfect environment to reflect, study and be present, very much in harmony with Montessori principles. My most meaningful memory was sharing quiet moments of learning and laughter with my classmates. It reminded me that Montessori education is not only about the child but also about community, respect and human connection.
The faculty and mentors at MTCNE have been incredibly inspiring. Their guidance, patience and wisdom have shaped not only my understanding of Montessori education but also my approach to life and human development. Sharing this journey with my classmates has been one of the most meaningful parts of my training and life experience. We’ve supported each other through challenges and celebrated each milestone together, it truly felt like a small Montessori community. My interest has deepened as I’ve understood the child’s potential from a more scientific and spiritual perspective. The most fascinating thing I’ve learned is how the environment can truly shape the development of independence, concentration and peace in the child. My AMI training has changed the way I perceive children, learning and human potential. I’ve become more patient, observant and intentional not just in the classroom but in every aspect of my life.
MTCNE’s atmosphere is supportive, inspiring and grounded. It’s a place where everyone feels safe to learn, reflect and grow both personally and professionally. MTCNE offers a genuine and transformative experience that goes far beyond academic learning it changes how you see children, education and yourself. MTCNE has helped me grow in confidence and purpose. I believe I’ve contributed by sharing my perspective, my cultural background and my passion for Montessori education, enriching the sense of diversity within our community.
