Courtney Reim is the Operations Manager at the Montessori Training Center Northeast (MTCNE). Courtney holds a B.S. in Business from the University of Colorado, Boulder. After spending over 10 years in the corporate world and starting her family, she decided to refocus her energy toward Montessori education. Courtney received her Association Montessori Internationale Primary Diploma from the Montessori Training Center Northeast and graduated from the University of Hartford with a M.Ed. in Early Childhood Education with Montessori Concentration. Courtney is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education degree in Educational Leadership at the University of Hartford and is a Research Fellow at the Center for Montessori Studies. She also serves on the Board of Directors for F.U.S.E., an organization that operates a crisis pregnancy home for young adult women. She considers herself an Educateur sans Frontier; she is a passionate Montessorian and advocate for children and families.
